At WJapan Boxing, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your equipment within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all authentic Japanese manufacturing tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Securely pack the boxing gloves or equipment in its original box, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to WJapan

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the gear meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
